Adnan was first married to actress Zeba Bakhtiar (her third marriage) in 1993, with whom he had a son named Azaan Sami Khan. In 2001, Adnan married Dubai-based Arab Sabah Galadari. This was his second marriage and Sabah's second marriage as well; she had a son from her previous marriage. This relationship also ended in divorce, a year-and-a-half later. Adnan married for the third time on January 29, 2010, with an Afghan-origin German girl, Roya Sami Khan, the daughter of a renowned retired diplomat and army general.
It is with Roya that Adnan seems to have found true love. In a press media right before the birth of Medina, Adnan had said that Roya was the only one with whom he was dying to start a family with. Now isn't that too romantic?
