Tomatoes can produce acidic pH levels in the body which can result in acidic reflex and indigestion. Therefore, let go off tomato soups and anything which contains tomatoes at night.

8. Yogurt

Fermented foods like yogurt and cheese contain tyramine, an amino acid which can stimulate the brain and keep you awake. Definitely not a wise option for the night.
