Japan favours eating from bento boxes (packed with sushi, rice, meat, fish, tofu and vegetables). For a country always on the move, boxes with lunch make sense. Japanese lunch includes food with ranging temperatures, from hot to cold, even warm and consists of dishes like rice cakes, curry rice, noodles, pork buns, ramen and sashimi.
