The best way of doing anything in your best capacity is to make it interesting for yourself. Why would you want to do it if it's boring, right? Having said that, the easiest way to make money saving interesting is by setting goals. It could be anything from a thing you've always wanted to buy but never had the money for, or the perfect vacation you've never been able to take. Just having a goal will passively make you think about it and make you save towards it.
4. Quit smoking
I don't really need to spell out this one, do I? Saving money, if not anything else, is a good reason to quit considering a packet nowadays costs anywhere upwards of 200 bucks. "Ouch-ouch," says the pocket. Alternatively, you could end up doing what I did - start rolling your own cigarettes. You'll end up saving more and more importantly, smoking less.
