Wearing a glittery illusion gown, Neetu attended a collection preview on Wednesday evening. My boredom with illusion gowns aside, between the blingy |3ust and the overdone face, there was just nothing to like about this look.
Can a stylist please take Ms. Chandra under their wing? She could do so much better.
