It is basically crunches with your feet up in the air and reaching for your toes. Great workout for your abs.
3. Squats - 30 sec
You don’t have to use any weights, just the weight of your body.
4. High knees - 30 secs
It’s a great workout for your core and functional strength.

Repeat the entire workout for three rounds.

If you are a beginner, don’t worry about it if you can’t continue to do the exercise for the entire 30 secs, just do the best you can.
