6. Lose Weight

Overweight men face difficulties in maintaining an erection and it is true no matter how harsh it sounds. Even if someone is 20% heavier than what they are supposed to be they must try losing weight as that would reduce the chances of having an ED. A fitter body is definitely better in bed and one may consider weight training and karate or maybe kickboxing, but don’t overindulge in cycling.

Riding a bicycle is considered to be the best health exercise if one wants to become lean but the result can sometimes be really opposite. The whole idea is to avoid getting numb in the penile area which makes people lose the ability for an erection later.
