She has done her schooling from Mumbai and finished her higher education from Atharva Institute of Management Studies. She has worked for Indian Princess 2011 contest before entering to the entertainment and modeling industry.
An MBA by qualification, she worked in international relations and event management before entering into the world of acting. There is no doubt that Surbhi is a natural performer and has one of the best comic timing in the business.
Surbhi Chandna did several ad-shoots and TV commercials before she got her first show on Indian Television.
Surbhi has now become a popular name on television, however, it was not all easy for her. After going through her share of rough patches, the actor with her hard work and sheer dedication has managed to debunk the apprehensions people had about her.
Her first television role was in “Qubool Hai”, where she played Haya, a deaf and mute girl. The actress was a Plain Jane on the show and wore traditional smart outfits and minimal make-up.
This stint of Surbhi’s was followed by many cameo roles in shows such as “Aahat”, “Ek Nanad Ki Khushiyon Ki Chaabi… Meri Bhabhi” and “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah”.
