Bollywood actors Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal are going to be sharing the screen space in a film titled ‘Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi’. This is probably after a gap of 24 years that the two polished actors will be seen together in this romantic film. The makes of the film had released a poster just two days back.
Paresh Rawal tweeted about it and wrote, “#PatelKiPunjabiShaadi mein aapka swagat hai! Trailer out tomorrow. Here’s the official poster.”
The movie is based on a love story and inter-community marriage between Vir Das and Payal Ghosh. Vir being a Punjabi guy while Payal will portray a Gujarati girl. Rishi will be seen portraying the role of the groom’s father and Paresh, the bride’s father.
A few days back, we had seen the teaser of the film and the two legend actors looked at their humor best. With this official poster release, they’ve also announced that the trailer will be out today, and we can’t wait for it!
‘Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi’, directed by Sanjay Chhel is slated to release on the 15th of September 2017.
