The Blue Angels are the US Navy's flight demonstration squadron and some of the very best aerobatic and formation air pilots in the world.

This was recorded over Seattle, Washington during the "Seafair" summer festival. Enjoy the spectacular views of Lake Washington, Seattle, Bellevue, and Boeing Field. Note: The video is of a passenger, not the pilot. Pilots are wearing their gold helmets during this show. Hence the reason for the gum chewing and looking in a direction a pilot would not be looking. The United States Navy's Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, known as the "Blue Angels", first performed in 1946 and is currently the oldest flying aerobatic team. The squadron's six demonstration pilots fly the Boeing F/A-18 Hornet in more than 70 shows at 34 locations each year.
